Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks)
eBook and Audiobook Returns:
- Due to the digital nature of eBooks and audiobooks, all sales are considered final.
- We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once the order is processed and the digital product is made available for download.
Physical Products (Print Books, Merchandise)
Print Book Returns:
- If you are not satisfied with your print book purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
- Books must be returned in their original condition. Damaged books will not be eligible for a full refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Merchandise Returns:
- If applicable, merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, posters) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
