At G7 Publishing, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy outlined below.

Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks)

eBook and Audiobook Returns:

  • Due to the digital nature of eBooks and audiobooks, all sales are considered final.
  • We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once the order is processed and the digital product is made available for download.

Physical Products (Print Books, Merchandise)

Print Book Returns:

  • If you are not satisfied with your print book purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
  • Books must be returned in their original condition. Damaged books will not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Merchandise Returns:

  • If applicable, merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, posters) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Process for Returns:

  • We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
