Due to the digital nature of our eBooks and audiobooks, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once the order is processed and the digital product is available for download.

If you’re not satisfied with your print book purchase, you can return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. The book must be returned in its original condition. Please note that damaged books are not eligible for a full refund.

Merchandise items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

To start a return process, contact us at info@gloversevenllc.com with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the items from your order.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, we’ll process the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
